Why Does Nobody Remember Me in This World?, an upcoming TV anime based on the fantasy light novel series, has revealed a new teaser trailer and two new cast members. The series will broadcast in Japan on TOKYO MX, BS Asahi, Kansai TV and other stations beginning in July of 2024.
The new cast members include:
Ashuran voiced by Seiichiro Yamashita (Orcelott in Shangri-La Frontier)
Saki voiced by Sayumi Suzushiro (Lawine in Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End)
The original Why Does Nobody Remember Me in This World? light novels are written by Kei Sazane, illustrated by neco, and published in Japan by Media Factory under their MF Bunko J imprint. An English language version of the manga adaptation with artwork by Arikan is also available on the BOOKWALKER Global digital manga platform. Tatsuma Minamikawa directs the TV anime at animation studio project No. 9.

It is said that “Prophet Sid” had sealed the other four races in the black pyramid now called “Crypts”.
